Welcome to my digi archive!

collecting to remember :p

i think a lot about the end of the introduction letter of "Crip Kinship," where the author gives their roses to everyone who's become a part of their "living, breathing archive." this grounding is reflected similary in ismatu gwendolyn's concept of their "Threadings" podcast, as it is introduced as a way to thread together everything that is a part of their living, breathing tapestry of life. or something like that. maybe the habit of collecting is embedded deep in my soul from the summers of rummaging through grandmas house of treasures, maybe its an even older instinct of the need for abundance while you have it. maybe its just human. i just want to be able to learn again and again from the teachers who've shown me something previouly unseen, or a lot of the time just forgotten.

this is a space for reminders and expansion! a never ending conversation.

is it best to archive by media type (essay, journal, podcast, book, etc..)? and then genre? orrr themes? or author? or all of the above? ijbol im making my own dewey decimal system rn or what.
